Villa FAQs
Is there a minimum night stay?
Yes. The villa has a minimum stay of three nights to allow guests to fully settle into the rhythm of island living.
What is the cancellation policy?
Guests may cancel up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable.
How does payment work?
Payment is completed securely through the website. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due two weeks prior to check-in.
Is housekeeping included in the stay?
Yes. Housekeeping is included once per week in the nightly rate. If you’re interested in additional cleaning services during your stay, please select the housekeeping option when submitting your booking request, and the host will follow up with availability and pricing.
Do you offer airport or port transportation?
Transportation is not included with the villa and is arranged separately by guests. We recommend Paros European Rent for car rental and transportation services.
Is a private chef available?
Yes. We work with an experienced private chef, George Dimitriadis, who offers in-villa dining experiences on Paros and throughout the Cyclades. Based in Athens, George has worked across Paros and other islands worldwide, including for private clients and high-profile guests, and is experienced in a wide range of cuisines.

Is the villa suitable for families or children?
Yes. The villa is well suited for families, with children’s books and toys, a baby monitor, and comfortable spaces for families to enjoy together.

Is smoking allowed in the villa?
